Fish is irreplaceable in the diet of those who look after their health! However, unfortunately, in the cooking process we diminish its benefits: we serve it fried in flour with a large amount of butter or "drown" in fatty creamy sauces … But in this recipe, we will not only preserve all the benefits of juicy salmon, but also multiply it with using bioyogurt!
It is necessary
- - 500 g salmon fillet with skin;
- - half a small lemon;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. finely chopped dill.
- Sauce:
- - 200 g of natural yogurt;
- - 15 g salted almonds;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. chopped lemon;
- - 1 tbsp. chopped chives;
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
At least an hour, or better - a day before cooking the fish, we prepare the sauce so that it is infused. Three garlic on a fine grater, chop the almonds with chopped lemon in a blender. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt lightly with a hand whisk and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pepper to taste, cover and send to the refrigerator.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the fish, skin side down, on it. Grate the fillet with chopped garlic, pour over the juice of half a lemon, season to taste and sprinkle with dill. Bake in the "blower" mode in the middle of the oven for 15 - 17 minutes. Do not overdry!
Step 3
Serve the salmon with a room temperature sauce. Grilled vegetables are an ideal side dish.
