Required products:

- chicken thighs 0.5 kg.

- potatoes 1 kg. (8 medium / large potatoes)

- 1 large onion

- one carrot

- one large tomato

- cheese 200 g.

- mayonnaise 100 g.

- salt, seasoning, pepper

- ketchup 100 g.

- fresh greens 1 bunch

- vegetable oil

Cooking procedure

Rinse the chicken thighs well in cold water, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, add 2 tablespoons of ketchup and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and leave to marinate for a while (10-15 minutes).

While the thighs are pickling, you need to peel the potatoes. Peeled potatoes must be cut into quarters and boiled in salted water for 10 minutes after boiling. Then drain the water and let it cool.

Peel the onions and carrots, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Put chopped vegetables in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes, season with salt and stir occasionally.

Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices.

Take out the baking sheet, cover it with foil or baking paper in two layers. Coat with sunflower or olive oil.

Then start spreading the potatoes and spread with mayonnaise. Put onions and carrots on the potatoes, and then the thighs, which have already absorbed ketchup, mayonnaise and seasoning. Then place the remaining tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

We send the baking sheet to the oven for 25 minutes to bake. Make sure that the temperature of the fire is about 200 degrees.

When everything is ready, you need to remove the chicken from the oven, sprinkle with herbs and arrange on plates. This dish is eaten hot, of course.
