Chicken thighs baked under a cheese cap is a very hearty, tasty and juicy dish that will surely decorate any family dinner and feed your entire family. It is prepared very simply and, moreover, quickly, does not require a huge list of products and significant efforts on the part of the cook.
Ingredients:
- 5 chicken thighs;
- 1 ripe tomato
- 10 g adjika;
- 10 g mayonnaise;
- 1 teaspoon of a mixture of dried basil, dill and parsley
- hard cheese to taste.
Preparation:
- Rinse chicken thighs under running water, remove excess fat and skin if desired, and place tightly in a small bowl.
- Combine Adjika and mix with mayonnaise, a mixture of dried herbs, salt and pepper. Pour all the meat with this spicy mass, mix it with your hands and leave to marinate for about 30-40 minutes.
- After this time, transfer the marinated thighs to a small baking dish, tighten with foil and place in the oven.
- Bake the contents of the form until tender, then brown on the grill, removing the foil.
- Wash the tomato and cut into rings.
- Grind hard cheese on a coarse grater. You can take quite a bit of cheese, or, on the contrary, grate more. It all depends on personal preference, as well as the preferences of the whole family.
- So, spread the tomato rings evenly over the baked thighs and cover with grated cheese.
- Send the completed form back to the oven. Brown the contents on the grill until the cheese melts and grasps with a fragrant cheese crust.
- Remove the finished chicken thighs under the cheese cap from the oven, cool slightly, put on a dish and serve with a side dish of rice, potatoes or any porridge, as well as fresh vegetables.
