- water - 80 gr;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons spoons;
- Chili sauce - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
- coriander - 1 tsp;
- garlic - 4 cloves.
- For the third recipe:
- chicken thighs - 6 pcs;
- salt to taste;
- garlic - 5 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh champignons - 300 g;
- onions - 200 g;
- sour cream - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
Bake the thighs with rosemary. To do this, remove the leaves from 2 sprigs of rosemary, chop a little, transfer to a bowl and mix with 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest. Pour in 5 tablespoons of olive oil, add 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and mix well.
Step 2
Rub four chicken thighs with cooked marinade and leave for 40 minutes at room temperature. Peel and wash 500 grams of potatoes, then cut them into large wedges. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
Step 3
Place the chicken skin side up in a baking dish and place the potato wedges between the thighs. Pour everything with the marinade remaining in the bowl and bake for 40 minutes at 200 ° C.
Step 4
For a spicy dish, make a marinade by mixing 80 grams of water with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt and the same amount of black pepper and coriander. And also add 4 garlic cloves passed through a garlic press to the marinade.

Make shallow cuts in the four chicken thighs so they can soak better, then place them in the marinade. Place the chicken in the refrigerator for a few hours. Line a baking dish with parchment and place the thighs on the bottom. Fill them with the rest of the marinade and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Bake at 180 ° C.

Cook the thighs in sour cream. To do this, rub 6 thighs with salt, 5 cloves of garlic, passed through a press, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut 300 grams of fresh mushrooms into strips and chop 200 grams of onions as small as possible.
