Many people love chicken, but you can often find those who prefer to consume only some specific chicken parts: breast, wings, drumsticks and, of course, thighs. Each part is good in its own way and is suitable for certain cooking methods. Here's how to bake chicken thighs in the oven.
It is necessary
- sunflower oil - 3 tablespoons;
- chicken thighs - 7 pcs;
- natural honey - 1 tbsp;
- cognac - 2 tablespoons;
- mustard powder - 1 tablespoon;
- salt;
- seasoning for chicken.
Instructions
Step 1
Before baking, rinse each chicken thigh thoroughly and then dip with a paper towel to remove moisture.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, cognac, spices with salt and oil. Apply the resulting marinade to the chicken thighs from all sides.

Put all the pieces in a container with a tight lid or in a plastic bag and leave in this form for an hour.
Step 4
When the specified time has elapsed, grease a deep baking sheet with oil and spread the chicken meat in it. It's time to bake our chicken thighs.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 200oC, place chicken pan in there and bake for 20 minutes. After that, take out the dish, turn all chicken thighs upside down and put back to bake.
Step 6
After 15 minutes, turn the meat over again and hold for 10 minutes until golden brown.

You managed to bake excellent chicken thighs in the oven, with a crispy crust and the most tender meat inside. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or salad.
