It is necessary
- - 300 g of dark chocolate;
- - 200 g milk chocolate;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of brandy;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- - 4 teaspoons of ground coffee;
- - 100 g roasted pistachios and almonds.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces, put in a saucepan and cover with warm cream. Melt in a water bath until smooth, but do not overheat so as not to curl.
Step 2
Remove from heat, add coffee and cognac. Mix everything well and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 3
Chop the nuts with a knife. From the frozen chocolate mass, form into balls of the same size. Roll half of them in chopped nuts, the other in cocoa powder.
