Korean noodles, known as funchose, are a common ingredient in meat and fish salads in Korea. The recipe with seafood and funchose is deservedly considered one of the best.
It is necessary
- - carrots (1 pc.);
- - vinegar (30 ml.);
- - salt (to taste);
- - garlic (2 cloves);
- - seasoning for Korean carrots (5 g);
- - vegetable oil (1, 5 tablespoons);
- - shrimp (150 g);
- - rice noodles (160 g);
- - broccoli (90 g);
- - cauliflower (110 g).
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Stir the salt in the vinegar and pour the marinade over the carrots.
Step 2
Add garlic to the carrots, passed through a garlic press, seasoning for Korean carrots and boiling vegetable oil, heated in a pan.
Step 3
While the carrots are marinated for half an hour, cook and peel the shrimps.
Step 4
Cooking rice noodle funchose: cook the noodles in salted water for about five minutes. After that, the noodles should be placed in a colander and rinsed with cool water.
Step 5
Boil broccoli and cauliflower. To do this, put vegetables in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes. We put it back in a colander and attach it to the funchose.
Step 6
We combine all the ingredients: funchose with vegetables, pickled carrots and ready-made shrimps. Mix gently and set to cool in the refrigerator for about six hours.
