Nuts with boiled condensed milk are known to everyone - this is perhaps the most favorite delicacy of childhood, not only very tasty, but also fun to cook. Who hasn't helped mom to fill crispy nuts and mushrooms with a wonderful filling of boiled condensed milk? Of course, now in the store you can buy any delicacy, including this one, but if it is cooked on its own, it will certainly delight you more.

- Eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 0.5 tbsp.;
- margarine / butter - 250 g;
- flour - 3 tbsp.;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- salt - a pinch;
- condensed milk - 1 can;
- walnuts - 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash the eggs thoroughly with sugar.
Step 2
Melt margarine or butter until creamy.
Step 3
Combine margarine or butter with eggs, add sugar, slaked soda, salt.
Step 4
Add flour gradually, kneading the dough, until it becomes tough, but elastic at the same time.
Step 5
Wrap the finished dough in foil and leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Step 6
Nuts are baked in a special form - hazelnuts. It must be preheated, then greased with oil or fat. Spread the dough into the hazelnuts about half their volume. Close the baking dish and bake the nuts over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 7
Remove the finished nuts from the mold, cut off the excess dough around the edges.
Step 8
Prepare the filling. To do this, boil the condensed milk in advance - put the jar without opening it in a large saucepan and pour it over with cold water. Cook for at least two hours - depending on the cooking time, the condensed milk will turn out to be more or less thick. The longer you cook, the thicker and more brown the condensed milk will be.
Step 9
Turn the walnuts through a meat grinder or grind in a mortar and add to the condensed milk.
Step 10
Break the dough cut from ready-made nuts into crumbs and also add to condensed milk. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 11
Fill the nuts with the filling and connect the halves.
