For a garnish with salmon with juniper and rosemary, young potatoes are suitable, which must first be boiled, and then baked a little with butter and garlic. This salmon also goes well with boiled asparagus.

- - 1, 2 kg salmon fillet;
- - 50 ml of olive oil;
- - 50 g each of butter, fresh rosemary, juniper berries;
- - 2 lemons;
- - salt, black pepper.

Step 1
Place the parchment on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, put a couple of slices of butter on top, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Top with chopped juniper berries, grated lemon zest and fresh rosemary leaves.

Rinse the salmon fillet, put on a baking sheet. Do not cut the fillet into small pieces - cook it in one piece. Sprinkle the fillets with pepper and salt to taste. Add some more juniper berries, zest and rosemary. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Place a few small pieces of butter on top.
Step 3
Cook salmon with juniper and rosemary for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Serve hot with any side dish - potatoes or asparagus of your choice, you can try to cook another side dish for such salmon, for example, boiled rice.
