It is necessary
- - 800-900 g salmon fillet;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - a pinch of sea salt and black pepper;
- - a teaspoon of chopped rosemary.

Preheat the oven to 220C. Chop the garlic and rosemary, set aside.
