  • - 150 ml of dry white wine;
  • For the marinade:

  • - a teaspoon of sesame oil;
  • - a teaspoon of honey;
  • - a teaspoon of coriander seeds crushed in a mortar;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - cinnamon stick.

Instructions

Step 1

We start by making the marinade. We mix all the ingredients. Cut the meat into two identical pieces. We spread its shape and fill it with marinade. We close the mold with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (it is better to marinate the meat a day earlier).

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180C. Pour the marinade into a saucepan, discard the cinnamon stick. Sprinkle the pork evenly with flax seeds and place in the oven for 20 minutes. If you like the meat fried on the inside, increase the time in the oven by another 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

At this time, we prepare the sauce. We put the saucepan with the marinade on the fire, pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil the sauce until thick.

Step 4

Cut the finished meat into 1 cm thick plastics, put it on a plate with any side dish (you can use spinach leaves), pour generously with the sauce and serve immediately.
