Pork ribs with an original sauce will please not only households, but also guests. The dish is prepared very simply and quickly, every hostess can handle it.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of pork ribs,
- - 1 orange,
- - 1 lemon,
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce,
- - dry pork spices to taste,
- - regular mustard to taste,
- - half a teaspoon of ground paprika,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the ribs, remove streaks and film, dry with napkins or paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, rub with spices and mustard (mustard to taste, without it).
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange. Add two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of soy sauce to the juice and stir. The marinade is ready.
Step 3
Transfer the ribs to a volumetric container and cover with marinade. Leave the ribs in the refrigerator for two hours.
Step 4
After two hours, transfer the meat to an ovenproof dish, cover with marinade and place in a preheated oven.
Step 5
Bake the fish for about an hour, periodically pour the marinade on the meat. If you wish, you can bake the meat under foil for half an hour. Then you need to remove the foil and bake for another half hour.
Step 6
Remove the finished ribs from the oven, transfer to a dish or portioned plates. Garnish with fresh herbs and onion rings. Serve the meat with vegetables or vegetable salad.
