Instructions
Step 1
Cut the crust off two large slices of white sandwich bread and cut them into cubes about 2 centimeters in size.
Step 2
Combine ingredients such as cayenne pepper, ground cinnamon, a tablespoon of butter, granulated sugar, as well as cream, dark chocolate and vanillin in a 1.5-liter saucepan. Put this mixture on very low heat and cook, stirring constantly. Once the chocolate has melted, cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Into the chocolate mixture, add a raw chicken egg slightly beaten with a fork in advance. Stir everything until the mass has a homogeneous consistency.
Step 4
Put chopped white bread into the resulting mass. Let this mixture stand for 5 minutes, then place it in a baking dish or any other suitable dish, greased with the remaining butter.
Step 5
Cook the bread pudding at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The readiness of this pastry can also be determined by its appearance: the edges should be covered with a crust, and the middle, on the contrary, should be moist.
Step 6
Allow the dessert to cool slightly for 5 minutes, then serve. The bread pudding is ready!
