  • - 1 baguette;
  • - 160 ml of jam of your choice.

Instructions

Step 1

First, remove milk and eggs from the refrigerator: they should be at room temperature. Cut the baguette into a cube with a side of 2 cm. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave. Lubricate the mold in which we are going to bake with a small amount of it, and add peanut butter to the rest and keep on medium heat, stirring, until it disperses. We remove from the stove.

Pour milk into the mixture, add eggs, sugar, vanillin, mix until smooth (preferably with a mixer).
