Regular consumption of fish has a good effect on the processes of the digestive tract, metabolism, and the general condition of the human body. This product is prepared in different ways - baked, fried, boiled. Salads are also very tasty, especially if you take hot smoked fish fillets for their preparation.
Fish salad "Andalusian Sunset"
For this salad with a beautiful name, prepare 1 stalk of leeks, 200 g hot smoked salmon fillet, 3 medium oranges, half a glass of peeled walnuts, 50 g each sour cream and mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. l semi-dry sherry, 2 tbsp. l orange juice, salt.
You can take another wine, the main thing is that it is not fortified. Salmon can also be replaced with any other fish of your choice.
Rinse the leeks, cut into rings. The thinner they are, the better the rest of the salad ingredients will combine. Make the salmon into strips. Peel the oranges, free from membranes and films, divide into slices, which are cut into several pieces.
Chop the nuts, but do not grind too much, put in a salad bowl. Put prepared onions, fish, fruits there, mix everything. Make the sauce. In a container, mix mayonnaise with sour cream, sherry, orange juice, salt everything. Pour the salad with sauce, serve.
If desired, you can add some white pepper to the sauce.
Morning salad
Take 400 g hot smoked mackerel, 1 grapefruit, 6 sheets of fresh green salad, a few cherry tomatoes, a bunch of green onions, 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, 2 dessert spoons of wine vinegar, pepper, salt.
Cut the fish into fillets, cut into small pieces, peel the fruit from the skin and white fibers, cut. Rinse the tomatoes under running water, divide them into halves with a knife, chop the onion, pick the salad with your hands. To prepare a dressing for vinegar, put salt, pepper, add oil, whisk everything gently. Mix all the components of the salad, pour over the dressing, serve.
Warm "Sicilian salad"
Prepare 300 g hot smoked pink salmon, a bunch of arugula, a small fresh cucumber, 150 g each of pumpkin and zucchini pulp, 55 g green onions, a few branches of basil, olive oil, pepper and salt.
Cut the squash and pumpkin into neat cubes, fry in a saucepan with butter until golden brown, cover, simmer until all the moisture is released. Salt, add finely chopped onions and basil, mix everything, leave under the lid.
Put coarsely torn arugula, fish cut into cubes in a beautiful salad bowl. On the fillet, place a cucumber, cut into thin slices, and a warm vegetable stew on top of it. The salad is ready, mix the ingredients while serving.
Simply delicious hot smoked fillet salad
To make this wonderful salad, lay out 5 potato tubers, several branches of dill, 1 large cucumber, 230 g of any hot smoked fish fillet, 150 ml of yogurt without any additives, 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise sauce, 2 tbsp. l lemon juice, odorless vegetable oil, salt.
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, cool, peel, cut into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into small slices, like the fish fillet, chop the dill. Put all the products in a salad bowl, mix. Pour mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, butter into the dishes, whisk everything thoroughly. Pour the resulting sauce over the salad.
