It is necessary

  • - wheat flour 850 g;
  • - dry yeast 8 g;
  • - vegetable oil 2-4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - dried porcini mushrooms 200 g;
  • - onion 1 pc.;
  • - olive oil;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Take 600 g flour, sift, then add dry yeast. Pour 1, 5 cups of water into flour. Stir, leave in a warm place. The dough should double in size.

Step 2

When the dough rises, add the vegetable oil, salt and the remaining flour to it. Knead the dough, it should fall behind your hands. Leave the dough in a warm place for another 30 minutes.

Step 3

Soak the mushrooms in water for 20-25 minutes. Then boil until tender in boiling salted water. Finely chop the finished mushrooms. Peel, wash and chop the onion.

Step 4

Saute mushrooms and onions in a pan, adding salt and pepper. The onion should turn golden.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one part and put it in a mold. Spread the mushroom filling on top. Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the pie. Pinch the edges of the cake. Brush the surface with olive oil.

Step 6

Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
