Homemade bagels with jam can be served on the sweet table. They turn out delicious, sweet and with your favorite toppings for your family!
It is necessary
- - baking sheet;
- - parchment;
- - cling film;
- - sieve;
- - wheat flour 2, 5 glasses;
- - sour cream 200 g;
- - butter or margarine 200 g;
- - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
- - jam 200-250 g;
- - powdered sugar 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- - mint leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sour cream with softened butter or margarine. Add baking powder to them. Sift the flour through a sieve and gradually add to the butter and sour cream. Knead the dough, it should be elastic. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-50 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the chilled dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle with a diameter of about 28 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm. Divide each circle into 8 more parts.
Step 3
Lubricate each segment evenly with jam and roll up. Start rolling from the outside wide end to the narrow end.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place the formed bagels at a short distance from each other. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 5
Cool the finished bagels, put on a dish and serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnished with mint leaves.
