Pate is a delicious and healthy breakfast that will delight all household members. Pates are perfect for making sandwiches or toppings.
Spinach pate
- 1 egg;
- 100 g puree spinach;
- 20 g sour cream;
- salt.
Boil the egg, peel and chop. Mash the sour cream with salt and add to the egg. Gradually add the spinach puree. Mix the resulting mixture well.
Pea and fish pate
- a bank of sprat;
- 1/4 onion;
- 250 g of canned peas;
- 1/4 apple.
Peel the apple, remove the seeds. Place the apple, sprats, onions and peas in a blender. Grind to make a pasty mass. Add some pepper.
Pate with tomato
- 100 g of butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 spoon of tomato paste;
- salt;
- a spoonful of cream.
Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the butter with the crushed yolks. Salt everything well. Stir well and add the tomato paste, chopped egg whites and butter.
