Instructions

Step 1

To make cookie dough, take a deep bowl, just not enamelled. Stir one chicken egg with a glass of sugar in it.

Step 2

Heat 200 g of margarine on the stove or in the microwave to the temperature of fresh milk.

Step 3

Combine melted margarine with sugar and egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Put out soda with lemon juice in a glass. When it stops foaming, pour into the dough, add vanillin and mix again.

Step 5

Now add flour. Depending on its stickiness, the amount increases. You should get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to your hands, which can be rolled out with a rolling pin.

Step 6

Sprinkle the table with flour and make a layer of dough no more than 0.5 cm thick. Cut out stars, hearts, crescents and other figures with a mold, place them on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven.

Step 7

After the homemade cookies are ready, you need to cool them and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Now you can invite guests to the table and start drinking tea.
