For the dough: - 200 g of butter; - 2 cups of flour; - half a glass of sugar; - 1/2 tsp. soda. For the filling: - 200 g of cottage cheese; - 1 egg; - half a glass of sugar; - 2 apples

Step 1
To make the cake, we need hard frozen butter. Remove it from the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater. Put the grated butter in a bowl, add flour, sugar, soda. Mix the resulting mass until you get sand crumbs. The dough should be crumbly and not stick to your hands.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. To do this, in a separate container, mash the cottage cheese with a fork, beat 1 egg, add sugar. Mix the resulting mixture well until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Rinse the apples, then peel them. Cut into slices, remove the core from each. Grate apples on a coarse grater. Preheat the oven. Take a baking dish. Lubricate it with vegetable oil.

Divide the prepared dough into two parts. Place one half of the dough on the bottom of the container. Then spread the curd filling evenly. Top with apples and lay out the rest of the dough. Put the cake in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
