Pie with cheese and cottage cheese is an incredibly tasty dish that is prepared quite easily and quickly (if you use ready-made puff pastry). Pies are sure to please both children and adults.

It is necessary

  • • ½ kg of puff yeast-free dough;
  • • 100 g of cottage cheese;
  • • a small bunch of greenery;
  • • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • • 250 g salmon fillet;
  • • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • • 1 chicken egg;
  • • spices.

Instructions

Step 1

We recommend buying ready-made dough in the store, but if you wish, you can make it yourself. If you bought frozen dough, you must first defrost it.

Step 2

Then the prepared dough must be rolled out into a sufficiently thin layer using a rolling pin. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into rectangles so that they are the same size and there are even numbers.

Rinse the salmon fillet and dry with paper towels or napkins. Then it is cut into small pieces.

Step 4

Place a frying pan on a hot stove and pour some vegetable oil into it. When it gets hot, add the fish pieces. They should be fried on both sides until cooked through. Do not forget to sprinkle the salmon with your favorite spices and salt.

Step 5

Fried and cooled fish must be chopped. You can use a blender to do this. The resulting mass must be laid out on exactly half of the resulting rectangles from the dough.

Step 6

Break the egg into a deep cup, and remove the yolk. Then you need to grind the cheese with a fine grater and add it to the cup as well. Mash the curd with a fork and add to the cheese.

Step 7

Rinse the greens and wait until excess liquid drains from it, then finely chop with a sharp knife. Put the herbs in a cup, add any spices you like best if necessary. Then mix everything well to get an almost homogeneous mass.

Step 8

The resulting mixture must be spread over the dough. It is put only on those pieces where the salmon lies.

Step 9

Take a loose piece of dough and cover the filled piece with it. Blind the edges carefully, and smear the top with yolk. Place a baking sheet with pies in an oven heated to 180 degrees. They will be ready in 30 minutes.
