Instructions

Step 1

Chop the onion finely and fry in a skillet in oil until golden brown. Then chop the dill, also finely.

Step 2

Add golden onion, 50 g of butter, 100 ml of milk and dill to the mashed potatoes (at the discretion in relation to mashed potatoes). Mix everything. The filling for the tortillas is ready.

Step 3

Dough preparation: add eggs to milk, flour and a little salt. Then stir until smooth. The dough should be very elastic. After that, you need to roll it out.

Step 4

Cut out circles for cakes with a diameter of 15-20 cm. The blanks for future cakes should be put on a plate, sprinkling with flour so that they do not stick together.

Step 5

The resulting circles of dough must be fried in a dry frying pan until "bubbles and golden dots" appear. This is a sign of readiness.

Step 6

Brush the fried tortillas with melted butter and place halfway through each resulting potato filling. Then fold in half and grease again on top. The scones are ready! It is advisable to let them lie down for 30 minutes so that the oil is absorbed.
