There are several recipes for shortcrust pastry for an open pie. In just 10 minutes, you will create a baking base if you use the following one. It requires a minimum of ingredients that are very inexpensive. Here's what you need:
- 1 pack of margarine;
- 0.5 cups of sugar;
- 1, 5 tsp baking powder;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 1 egg.
Freeze the margarine before making the quick shortcrust pastry. Then grate it on a coarse grater. Pour sugar, baking powder into margarine, beat in an egg.
