At first, this combination of ingredients seems somewhat odd. But the salad of fried salmon, vegetables and eggs has a surprisingly harmonious taste, all the ingredients of this dish are perfect for each other.
It is necessary

- - 200 g of arugula;
- - 200 g of salad kronor;
- - 8 cherry tomatoes;
- - 2 eggs;
- - onion;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 1 spoonful of paprika
- - 1 pinch of nutmeg;

- - ground pepper;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salmon thoroughly with water. Rub with salt and brush with lemon juice. Combine ground pepper, paprika and nutmeg, rub the pieces of fish fillet with this spice mixture. Let it brew a little and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until tender.
Step 2
Hard-boiled eggs, allow to cool and remove the shell. Then cut each egg into 4 parts. Wash the cherry and cut each tomato into 4 pieces. Remove dry scales from the onion and cut it into half rings. Divide the finished fillet into small pieces. Remove seeds and cores from chili peppers and cut into half rings.
Step 3
Sort the mixture of lettuce salads, wash well under cold running water, dry on a paper towel and tear straight with your hands into medium pieces. Then place them on a large plate. Put tomatoes, half rings of pepper and onion on top. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and stir. Place pieces of fish and egg wedges on the vegetable salad.
