One of the healthiest ways to cook fish is to bake it in the oven. Stuffed bream is very satisfying, it can be served as a main course on a festive table.
It is necessary
- - bream 1.5 kg;
- - fried boletus 1 cup;
- - onions 3 pcs.;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil;
- - parsley;
- - Cherry tomatoes;
- - olives.
Instructions
Step 1
Scale the fish, gut, remove the gills, wash well and dry with a paper towel. Then rub the inside and outside of the fish carcass with ground pepper. On top of the fish, make shallow cuts in the form of a mesh.
Step 2
Take 2 onions, peel them, chop finely. Chop the mushrooms finely and mix with the onions. Stuff the bream with the onion-mushroom mixture, and stab the belly with toothpicks. Lubricate the baking sleeve with vegetable oil inside.
Step 3
Peel the remaining onion, cut into thin half rings and spread evenly in the sleeve. Put the prepared bream on top of the onion. Tie the sleeve tightly on both sides, with a knife make several punctures on top to release steam. Bake the bream for 35-40 minutes at 220 degrees.
Step 4
Remove the finished bream from the sleeve and transfer to a dish. Garnish the fish with parsley, cherry tomatoes and olives.
