If you like to surprise your guests, then try to pick up unusual dishes. And if this dish is relatively inexpensive, tasty and quickly prepared, then this is just a godsend. Stuffed champignons with creamy sauce will not leave indifferent any guest.
It is necessary

- fresh champignons (15-20 mushrooms);
- chicken (1 breast fillet);
- onions and spices;
- cheese (100 g);
- for the sauce:
- onions (1-2 pcs);
- flour (2 teaspoons without top);
- dill greens
- chicken broth (100-150 ml);
- cream (low-fat) 100-150 ml;
- butter or vegetable oil for frying;
- spice.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a medium-sized mushroom (fresh to make it easier to stuff and look nice when finished). If you freeze and then decide to cook, then the mushrooms can tear, and look ugly when finished. Wash the mushrooms, separate the mushroom caps from the legs and chop finely.
Step 2
Wash the chicken fillet and cook until tender with the addition of spices. Do not pour the broth, it is useful for making the sauce. Cut the cooled fillet into small pieces.
Step 3
Chop the onion and mushroom legs. Preheat a skillet and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Then cool and stir with the chopped chicken. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the mixture. Mix everything well. Gently stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting mass. Place the mushrooms on a tray or wire rack and bake in the oven or in the airfryer for about 25 minutes. In the airfryer, mushrooms are obtained with an appetizing crispy crust and are cooked without the addition of oil.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: take the onion, peel it and chop it finely. Wash the greens, dry and chop finely. Take a skillet and heat the vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and herbs to the skillet. Cook for five minutes and add spices. Cook for another three minutes. Sprinkle everything with flour and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Then pour in the chicken broth, stir and bring everything to a boil. Simmer for another three minutes. Reduce heat and slowly pour in the preheated cream (to avoid curdling). Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for two minutes. Then cover the sauce with a lid and simmer for another three minutes. The sauce is ready.
Step 5
Remove the ready-made champignons from the mushroom sauce, or serve the ready-made sauce in a sauce bowl with a side dish. Tasty the same!
