You need to quickly prepare a tasty and original dish, as guests will soon come. Poppy cupcake is what you need. All the ingredients that are required can be found in the kitchen of every housewife.

- To make a poppy seed cake, you will need:
- • 2 eggs,
- • 100 grams of sugar,
- • 50 grams of poppy + 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- • 125 grams of flour + a pinch of baking powder,
- • 100 grams of melted and cooled butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with 100 g of sugar for 5 minutes until a dense, light mass is obtained. Add flour with baking powder to the mixture, beat. Add melted butter, mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Grind the poppy seeds with sugar, add it to the dough and mix again.
Step 3
We spread the dough in a baking dish (if the mold is not silicone, it must either be laid out with baking paper, or greased with butter and sprinkled with flour - this way the cake will not stick to the walls of the mold). We make a small depression on the dough so that the cake does not grow up as a slide when it rises.
Step 4
We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes until cooked (you can check the readiness of the cake with a match or a toothpick - if a toothpick comes out of the cake without pieces of dough on it, then the cake is ready).
