Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes, season with salt, pepper and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Chop the white part of the leek and put it in a separate frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion until transparent. At this time, cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the onion. Fry until the mushroom juice boils away.

Combine roast mushroom and turkey meat.

Pour the cream into the pan. If using sour cream, dilute it in water to a liquid state before adding.

Chop the dill and add to the mix. Taste salt, add if necessary. Simmer the meat over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until tender.
