Many different dishes can be prepared from turkey, especially the recipe for baked turkey in the oven. It is recommended to complement this dish with a creamy mushroom sauce.

It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 800 g turkey fillet;
  • - 500 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 100 ml of cream;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • - lavrushka, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Step 2

Melt butter in a deep frying pan, add chopped onion and lavrushka. Next, send a whole piece of turkey to the pan. Fry until golden brown. Do not forget to salt and pepper the meat.

Step 3

Pour 250 ml of water into a frying pan, bring to a boil, cover, put in the oven for two hours.

Step 4

Peel the mushrooms, cut into small slices. An hour before the end of cooking, put the mushrooms to the meat, simmer together already without a lid.

Step 5

Now remove the dishes from the oven, transfer the meat to a plate, add the cream to the sauce from the meat, bring to a boil on the stove. Season with pepper, salt as desired, add paprika, a little lemon juice.

Step 6

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, put on a dish, pour the resulting sauce on top, serve immediately.
