For the cream:
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l. without a slide;
- Any milk with a fat content of 2.5% - 500 ml;
- Sugar - 180 g;
- Butter - 1 package (200 g);
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- Vanillin - on the tip of a knife or vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- Walnuts or biscuits - for decoration (optional).
Cake custard recipe
To make a quick cake in a skillet, it's best to start with the cream. The cakes are baked very quickly, so the cream should be ready. Take a small saucepan and pour milk into it. Add flour, sugar, eggs and vanillin. Whisk everything together to allow the sugar to dissolve. And then put the workpiece on the stove and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally. The temperature should be average. After boiling, lower the temperature to a minimum and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Once this happens, put the butter in it and wait for it to completely melt. Mix everything well and immediately remove the cream from the stove. Cover the pot with a lid and set aside for now.
How to bake cakes in a pan
Break a chicken egg into a small bowl and beat it lightly with a fork. Add condensed milk to it and stir. After that, put the baking soda, after extinguishing it with vinegar. If you have baking powder, mix it with sifted flour. Put flour in a bowl with condensed milk and egg in parts, mix well first with a spoon, and then put the dough on the table and stir in the flour with your hands. When all the cakes are overcooked and oiled, cover the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream. Garnish with chopped walnuts in a blender, mixed with scrap crumbs, or chopped cookies if desired.
