  • - butter - 200 g;
  • - sugar - 80 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
  • - baking powder for dough - 12 g;
  • - flour - 3 glasses;
  • - egg yolk - 1 pc.;
  • - icing sugar;
  • - thick jam.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the following ingredients in one deep bowl: pre-softened butter, vanilla sugar, granulated sugar and cottage cheese. Mix everything properly. Thus, you should get a homogeneous mass.

Step 2

Sift both through a sieve several times before using baking powder and wheat flour. Add these ingredients to the bulk. Knead the dough until its structure becomes elastic. Once this happens, form a ball out of it and wrap it with cling film. In this state, send to cool in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 3

After cooling the dough, divide it into 4 equal parts. Taking one of them, roll it into a round layer, the thickness of which is 5 millimeters. Cut the dough circle so that you have 8 identical segments in the form of triangles. Do this with all the parts.

Step 4

Place a small amount of jam on each triangular segment. By the way, you can also use, for example, boiled condensed milk as a filling. Roll the curd bagels. This procedure should be started from the wide side.

Step 5

Place the stuffed cottage cheese rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper. After beating the egg yolk, brush the surface of the future treat with it.

Step 6

Bake the dish in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Filled curd rolls are ready! Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
