Together with the kids, prepare a fragrant delicacy that will become an excellent treat for a children's party.
It is necessary
- For 12 pieces:
- - 2 eggs;
- - 125 g flour;
- - a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - 125 g butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of milk;
- - 125 g sugar;
- - vanilla extract
- For the cream:
- - 75 g butter;
- - 75 g of icing sugar;
- - decorative confectionery dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Mash or whisk softened butter and sugar into a light, fluffy mass.
Step 2
Then start introducing the eggs in portions and, if necessary, add a measured amount of sifted flour together with them on a spoon.
Step 3
If necessary, if the mixture starts to curl, add the remaining flour and baking powder.
Step 4
It should be noted that the span of future wings depends on the amount of baking powder, due to which the dough bends strongly during baking.
Step 5
Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth. Stir in milk and vanilla sugar or extract at the end of the batch.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Place the muffin tins on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Divide the dough into the tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes on medium level (top of finished product is slightly above the middle of the oven).
Step 7
To make the cupcakes rise, brown and at the same time bake inside, you can cover the pan with a sheet of aluminum foil for the second half of the time.
Step 8
Transfer the finished products to a wire rack and let cool completely. To make butterflies, use a small, sharp knife to cut off the bulging tip from the cupcakes.
Step 9
Prepare the cream. Whisk the butter and icing sugar. Put a spoonful of cream on each confection and smooth out slightly.
Step 10
Divide each cut into two pieces and press them at an angle to each other into the cream, simulating the wings of a butterfly.
Step 11
Decorate the muffins with decorative sprinkles and powdered sugar and serve.
