It is necessary

    • Canned tuna - 1 can;
    • curd cheese - 150 g;
    • butter - 25 g;
    • pickled capers or gherkins - 1 tbsp;
    • anchovies - 2 pcs. or anchovy paste - 1 tsp;
    • tartlets - 6 pcs.;
    • vegetable broth - 100 g;
    • gelatin - 1 package;
    • greens - 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

From a can of tuna, canned in chunks in its own juice, drain the liquid, grind the fish with a blender or mixer along with cheese, butter, capers and anchovies (or anchovy paste) until smooth. Try the mousse before adding the anchovies - it shouldn't be too salty.

Step 2

Put the finished mousse in baskets and put in the refrigerator.

Step 3

If you are preparing baskets with mousse in advance, then so that the mousse does not wind up, you can pour jelly over it. It will also make your snack tastier and more beautiful.

Step 4

Cook the vegetable broth. Mix the hot broth with herbs and gelatin (calculate the amount of gelatin based on the instructions on the package, since the gelatin can be different) and prepare a thick jelly.

Step 5

Pour the finished jelly into the tartlets with mousse and put in the refrigerator until they cool completely. The mousse in the baskets will be covered with a thick jelly film, which will prevent winding and give it a beautiful festive look.

Step 6

Before serving, the mousse in baskets can be sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs.
