Zucchini rolls are an original Italian dish. It is very tasty and healthy. It can be considered dietary because tuna contains healthy fish oil and at the same time is low in calories.
It is necessary
- - 2 medium zucchini
- - can of tuna in its own juice
- - 1 bell pepper
- - some olives or olives
- - two anchovies
- - capers (to taste)
- - fresh basil
- - 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- - green onions
- - salt and pepper to taste
- For the sauce:
- - 100 g fat-free natural yogurt
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the zucchini, dry it with a napkin and cut it along into narrow strips. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop bell peppers, olives, anchovies, capers and basil. Drain the liquid from the tuna, knead it with a fork and mix with chopped vegetables. Add cream cheese and mix again. The filling is ready.
Step 3
Pat the zucchini dry with a paper towel and grill. Let it cool.
Step 4
We clean, wash and dry green onions. We need it for tying the rolls. Place the zucchini on a flat plate and spread the filling with a teaspoon. We wrap it in the form of a roll and tie it with a feather of green onions.
Step 5
Making the sauce. We mix yogurt, squeezed garlic, pepper, salt. Serve with rolls.
