For cooking you will need:

- zucchini;

- chicken fillet;

- curry seasoning;

- salt;

- greens to taste;

- hard cheese.

We choose medium-sized zucchini for stuffing, with a delicate light green skin. We wash the vegetables and dry them with a napkin. You do not need to clean them, otherwise, during the baking process, the liquid will evaporate and the pulp will turn out to be dryish on the outside. We cut the zucchini lengthwise and clean the seeds along with the pulp, it is very convenient to do this with a dessert spoon.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Turn off the heat, let the meat cool slightly.

We prepare the filling: wash and clean onions and carrots, cut into small random pieces. Cut the pepper lengthwise, remove the core and cut into thin strips, the tomato into cubes. In a separate frying pan, heat the oil, pour out the carrots and onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the bell pepper and tomato. The fire should be moderate so that the vegetables let the juice out and not fry, add table salt and curry, mix gently. For those who do not like a set of vegetables, they can replace them with asparagus, cauliflower, peas, etc.

We start stuffing the zucchini: put the fried fillet on the bottom of the vegetable, and a piece of butter on top of the vegetable mixture. Wrap each half in foil and place on a baking sheet. We put the dish in a preheated oven and bake the zucchini for about 35-40 minutes (depending on the size).

While the zucchini are baked and grind the greens, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Take out the finished zucchini, cool it a little and unfold it, then sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve hot, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
