Lace pancakes are one of the favorite dishes in every family. Fast, cheap and cheerful. And if you prepare delicious filling and sauce for pancakes, it will turn out to be simply delicious!

It is necessary

  • - Dough container
  • - Capacity for minced meat
  • - Frying pan with a thick bottom
  • Ingredients:
  • - Milk - 400 ml
  • - Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • - Salt, sugar - to taste
  • - Pancake flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
  • - Sunflower oil - 1/2 cup, or approximately 100 ml
  • - Chicken fillet - 200 g
  • - Mushrooms - 200 g
  • - Hard cheese - 200 g
  • - Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • - Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • - Pickled cucumber - 100 g
  • - Garlic - 2 cloves
  • - Greens - parsley, dill
  • - Soda on the tip of a knife
  • - Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 200 ml of milk into a bowl or a small saucepan, drive in the eggs, beat into a homogeneous mass with a mixer, gradually add pancake flour, add salt and sugar, extinguish the soda in a spoon with vinegar, when it fizzes, pour it into the dough, stir so that there are no lumps.

Step 2

Pour in the rest of the flour and add the sunflower oil and stir again. The consistency of the dough should resemble kefir. Grease a heated frying pan with a piece of bacon or sunflower oil before frying the first pancake. Fry pancakes on both sides.

Step 3

Prepare the filling: clean, wash and cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in vegetable oil. When frying, all moisture should evaporate. Add boiled chicken fillet, cut into small cubes. Leave to cool. After it cools down, add the cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Salt to taste. Stir so that all ingredients are mixed evenly.

Step 4

Cooking the sauce: finely chop the cucumbers (you can grate them on a coarse grater), finely chop the herbs (dill and parsley). Add mayonnaise and sour cream, chop the garlic in a garlic press, add to the sauce, salt, mix well, put in a saucepan.

Step 5

Add the ready-made filling to each pancake, wrap the pancakes, put them on plates, pour the sauce on top. The sauce can be served separately for everyone to add to their liking.
