Thanks to stuffing, even the most ordinary products familiar from childhood can suddenly acquire a very interesting and piquant taste.
It is necessary
- - 520 g of chicken legs;
- - 70 g of white bread;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 170 g of chicken liver;
- - 80 g of butter;
- - 130 g of mushrooms;
- - nutmeg;
- - salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to remove the entire skin from each chicken leg, but at the same time leave it on the final part of the chicken leg bone.
Step 2
Then soak pieces of white bread in milk, preferably cutting off the crusts.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in melted butter.
Step 4
Add chicken liver to soaked white bread and pass this mixture through a meat grinder. Then add black pepper, fried mushrooms, nutmeg, salt.
Step 5
Stuff the skin that was removed from the chicken legs with this filling, sew up the remaining hole with threads.
Step 6
Grease the resulting legs with oil, put in a special dish and bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Step 7
Then take out and pour before serving with the juice that was released during frying. For a side dish, you can use vegetables, herbs, boiled rice or potatoes.
