Both children and adults love sweets. But due to lack of time, preference is given to purchased desserts. But why waste money if you can make a delicious roll, the cooking time of which is no more than 20 minutes? This is exactly what I will talk about in the next article.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven slowly before starting work.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine 55 grams of flour and the same amount of sugar. Add a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of baking powder (you can use vinegar and baking soda instead). Mix everything very well so that a homogeneous mass is formed. Then add 2 eggs and mix again. If the dough is thin, don't worry, it should be!
Step 3
Now is the time to prepare the baking sheet. Put special baking paper in it, grease a baking sheet with sunflower (or butter) oil.
Step 4
Gently distribute the resulting dough on a baking sheet and put it to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Baking should take no more than 7 minutes until the crust turns pink.
Step 5
While the dough is cooking, go over the filling. Place a small saucepan on the gas stove, pour 5 tablespoons of jam into it and heat it slightly. Choose jam at your discretion, it can be strawberry, raspberry, cherry and any other. Here, everyone's personal preferences are taken into account.
Step 6
Now remove the jam from the heat and take out the finished cake. Brush one of its sides with warm, but not hot, jam. Roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
