  • - vanilla sugar;
  • - 5 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • - 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • - 2 bananas

Instructions

Step 1

Grease a baking sheet with butter, and then cover with parchment paper. The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees.

To prepare the dough, you need 6 eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until a thick, dense consistency is formed. Mix the yolks thoroughly with sugar, add soda and 3 tablespoons of cocoa. Gently insert the yolks into the protein mass. Then pour the dough onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Transfer the finished cake to a wet towel. Now it will be easy to roll it into a roll. When the crust has cooled, gently unfold and remove the parchment.

To prepare the filling, mix milk with flour and put on low heat. While stirring constantly, bring the mass to a thick state. Then remove from heat and add 1 egg. When the cream has cooled, add the butter and stir. For convenience, add butter softened at room temperature. Divide the resulting mass in two. One should be slightly larger than the other.
