Then you need to mix the ingredients in the container. A couple of bags of vanillin, less than half of dry powdered ginger, a little cinnamon on the tip of a knife, two teaspoons of honey, a heaped teaspoon of oak bark. And you need to fill it with 400 grams of 60-degree alcohol.

After that, you need to insist the resulting mixture for 5-6 days, periodically shaking the bottle. After a week, the mixture should be well filtered through several layers of gauze.
Step 4
Then the final mixing. You need to prepare 1 liter of 10% cream, a can of good condensed milk, two carefully separated yolks, 2 teaspoons of coffee, dissolved in 1/2 tablespoon of water.
Step 5
You will need a large enamel bowl and a mixer. First you need to pour 0.5 liters of cream and 2 egg yolks, then beat until smooth. Then add condensed milk and dissolved coffee. Beat again. Add the remaining half liter of cream. Beat. At the end, add 400 grams of strained tincture, beat.
At the very end, add vanilla sugar at the rate of 1.5 sachets for 1.5 liters of liqueur.

Then pour the liquor into a jar, cork and refrigerate for 4-5 days. After this period, filter out and consume with pleasure.
