- - premium wheat flour - 100 g;
- - semolina - 20 g;
- - almond flour - 40 g;
- - corn starch - 40 g;
- - granulated sugar (brown) - 100 g;
- - black currant - 2 cups;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare food for the dough. Remove the oil 30-40 minutes before kneading, let it thaw. Sort out the currants, rinse and dry a little.
Step 2
You can make almond flour yourself, the process is simple, but requires some patience. Pour boiling water over clean nuts and leave for 5 minutes. Then peel off. Dry in a hot frying pan, put on a dish covered with a napkin. After a day, transfer the nuts to a fresh napkin, dry the almonds for a week. Next, prepare the flour using a coffee grinder or blender.
Step 3
Whisk in soft butter and sugar for a fluffy composition. To obtain the required composition more quickly, turn the sugar in a coffee grinder, get powdered sugar. Add the prepared black currant berries, continue to process the mass at low speeds. The berries will burst and color the whipped foods.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients to make the dough. Mix everything well, collect in a single lump.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll each into a sausage shape. The diameter of the workpieces is 5 cm. Wrap each rolled piece in cling film, cling paper or foil. Put the blanks in the freezer for 30-35 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the frozen sausages into 5 mm wide wheels. Prepare a baking sheet, line it with baking paper. Lay out the cookies, place the sheet in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. After taking out the products, leave to cool on the sheet. Then transfer to a dish.
Step 6
Cooked blackcurrant cookies can be served with coffee or tea.
