Instructions
Step 1
Combine the flour with salt, granulated sugar and baking powder. Then pour in vegetable oil, stir, add warm water and knead an elastic soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Wrap it in a bag and leave it on the table for about an hour.
Step 2
In the meantime, prepare a 20 cm baking dish. Line the bottom with parchment paper, brush with a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour so that the cake does not stick to the mold.
Step 3
After the allotted time, knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Roll the first one into a round layer 0.7 mm thick. Place it on the bottom of the mold, leaving high sides to prevent the filling from leaking out. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, which will absorb excess liquid as you bake the cake.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. To do this, cut off the rough tails of the black currant, rinse it and let the water drain completely. Then mix it with granulated sugar and starch, put on the dough.
Step 5
Roll the second part of the dough into a thin layer, place it on the filling and pinch the edges of the dough, turning them up. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
