Currants and cottage cheese are an excellent combination of products that will not leave indifferent any of the sweet tooth. The name alone gives rise to appetite and a homely atmosphere and coziness. The pie can be made for a gala dinner.
It is necessary
- - 150 g butter;
- - 150 sugar;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 1 tbsp. baking powder;
- For filling:
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tsp vanillin;
- - 3 tbsp. currants;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 250 g of cottage cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
First, knead the melted butter with sugar and baking powder. The butter should crumble into small pieces. Gradually stir in flour and knead the dough. It should turn out to be elastic, for this you will need to make a small amount of physical effort.
Step 2
Then beat the eggs thoroughly, add sugar, cottage cheese and vanillin to them. It is better to use a blender than a regular fork to keep the filling even and without lumps.
Step 3
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, cover the bottom with half of the prepared dough, then put the cottage cheese filling. Gently cover the curd with the remaining dough and sprinkle with fresh berries.
Step 4
Place in the oven at 200 degrees, bake for about 30-35 minutes and the pie is ready.
