If you have ready-made dough on hand, it will not be difficult to quickly prepare lasagna with mushrooms. It turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.

It is necessary

  • - 1 pack of ready-made shortcrust pastry or lasagna dough
  • - 400 g porcini mushrooms
  • - 250 g minced pork or beef
  • - 2 large tomatoes
  • - 1 carrot
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 bell pepper
  • - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • - spices, pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the mushrooms in water, and then sort them out, rinse the vegetables too, and then peel them, onions - from the peel, pepper - from the seeds. Then finely chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms, and cut the pepper into cubes. Pour over the tomatoes with boiling water, then peel and grate.

Step 2

Pour oil into the pan, heat it, add vegetables and mushrooms. Cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. After the specified time, add minced meat and tomatoes to the pan, mix everything well, salt, pepper and add spices, mix everything again and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat with constant stirring.

Step 3

Now take a baking dish, line it with foil or parchment. Roll out the dough in a very thin layer, cut to shape. Put the dough in a mold, put the filling on top, then again a sheet of dough, and so on, until the filling and dough are over. After placing all the layers, cover the mold with foil and place in the oven, which should be heated to 180 degrees. Bake the lasagne for 35 minutes.

Cut the finished dish into pieces and put on plates, serve. The dish can be garnished with parsley, dill or basil.
