Step 1
Before preparing the dish, it is advisable to select pieces of chicken. Fillet chunks should be as flat and large as possible (so a turkey may work well).

Beat the pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Then cut the bell pepper and onion into small cubes, mix with the minced meat. Also add an egg there, salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the champignons into thin slices. Put the chicken chops in a baking dish, put the prepared minced meat with pepper and onions on them.
Step 4
Lay the champignon plates in a circle on the minced meat and sprinkle with cheese on top. Baking time approximately 30 minutes. The cheese crust should turn golden brown. The dish is cooked in a preheated oven up to 200 degrees. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
