"Funchoza" is a long thin noodles made from rice or potato starch. Dishes with it are very popular in the countries of East Asia. There are many of them. But the most famous by right can be called a cold Korean funchose salad. It can be found commercially in almost any market. But also such a snack can be easily prepared at home - it will turn out satisfying and very tasty.

It is necessary

  • - funchose - 100 g;
  • - onions - 1 pc.;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - red bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - bell pepper green, yellow or orange - 1 pc.;
  • - fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • - garlic - 3 cloves;
  • - vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - Korean funchose dressing - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - parsley greens - 0.5 bunch;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots and grate them. For Korean salads, it is best to use a special grater used to prepare carrots. But if you don't have such a device, you can use a regular coarse grater. Also grate the cucumbers (you do not need to peel off the peel).

Step 2

Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and remove the stalk, and cut the pulp into narrow strips. Remove the husks from the garlic and onions. Chop the onion into thin half rings, and pass the garlic through a press (or chop with a knife).

Step 3

After that, put all the vegetables - onions, garlic, carrots, bell peppers and cucumbers in a bowl, add Korean dressing, sunflower oil, vinegar, soy sauce and salt. Then mix everything together well.

Step 4

Place the noodles in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes to swell. After the time has elapsed, throw it in a colander and rinse it in cold tap water, and then transfer it to a bowl with vegetables and seasonings.

Step 5

Chop the parsley in small pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients. After that, mix everything together well and put it in the refrigerator. After 1 hour, Korean funchose can be put in a salad bowl and served as a cold snack for hot dishes, as well as add it to a homemade hot dog.
