Funchoza is one of the most popular Asian dishes. There are many recipes using this product. One of them is Korean funchose salad. This dish will be both a wonderful holiday treat and an excellent everyday snack.

It is necessary

  • - funchose vermicelli (100 g);
  • - fresh cucumbers (100 g);
  • - bell pepper (30 g);
  • - greens (20 g);
  • - carrots (70 g);
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 1 sachet of Korean funchose seasoning (80 g).

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the carrots, peel and grate them for making Korean salads (thin strips). Transfer the grated carrots into a deep bowl and stir them with your hands until they give juice (about 2-3 minutes).

Step 2

We soak the funchoza in hot water for 8-10 minutes, then put the vermicelli in a colander and rinse it with cool boiled water.

Step 3

Wash the cucumber, peel it (if it is too hard) and chop it into small strips.

Step 4

Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, clean the fruit from the insides (seeds and pulp) and cut it into thin neat strips.

Step 5

Rinse the greens under running water, dry them slightly and finely chop them.

Step 6

Peel the garlic clove and grind it under a press.

Step 7

We transfer the funchoza to a bowl with grated carrots, add the vegetables and chopped greens cut into strips, fill the salad with dressing and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 8

Let the funchose salad brew for 2 hours, after which the dish can be served.
