The most delicious summer dish is okroshka. It can be prepared with anything: from traditional kvass to whey, kefir and soda water. It is also seasoned with a variety of seasonings - mustard, horseradish and just sour cream. Probably, anyone can choose a recipe to their liking and eat a light summer soup, refreshing in any heat. You can make okroshka very quickly if there are devices for cutting vegetables.

Cut the cucumbers and potatoes into smaller cubes, chop the eggs. Radishes can be diced or finely grated in a food processor.
