Lovers of rice and zucchini will surely appreciate the casserole made from these products. The dish is quite simple to prepare, however, an oven is required for cooking. This casserole is very useful, since the products that make up its composition have a lot of useful things for humans in their composition.
It is necessary
- - a third of a glass of long grain rice;
- - 2 teaspoons of olive oil;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 1 zucchini or zucchini;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 3/4 cup hard cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of grated Parmesan.

Step 1
In order to prepare this casserole, you need to preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Lubricate the dishes in which you will bake the finished dish with butter. Place special baking paper on the bottom of the dish.

Let's get down to the cooking process itself. Pour 2/3 cup of water over rice and put on fire. After the rice has boiled, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Once the rice is cooked, remove the pot of rice from the heat and let it simmer under the lid for about 3 minutes.

Heat the butter in a skillet. Add thinly chopped onions and sauté until the onions are tender. The approximate cooking time for onions is 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked onion to a large bowl. Add zucchini, eggs, rice and half a glass of cheese there. Stir the whole mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Put what happened in the baking dish that you prepared in the first step. Sprinkle the dish with Parmesan and whatever cheese you have left after you added half a glass of cheese to the onion and courgette.
Step 6
The finished dish must be baked for half an hour, until it sets.
