It seems to be an ordinary zucchini casserole. But! Zucchini with potatoes, generously flavored with fresh and aromatic dill, acquire a completely different taste in a casserole! Try it - it's delicious.
It is necessary
- 600 g zucchini;
- 500 g potatoes;
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 30 g butter;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- dill to taste;
- 0.5 tsp salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes. Cut the peeled carrots into thin strips. Chop the peeled onion, dill and clove of garlic.
Combine prepared vegetables in a bowl, salt to taste, add your favorite spices, stir.
Step 2
Rinse the fillet, dry it and make the minced meat.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter. Put half of the vegetables in the mold. Put the minced meat on the vegetables, flatten. Cover the minced meat with the second half of the vegetables, flatten.
Step 4
Break two eggs into a cup, add milk and beat lightly with a fork. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Cover the foil with the vegetables with the foil.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roast vegetables and meat for about 40 minutes. Then take the vegetable dish out of the oven and remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another half hour.
Step 6
Remove the finished, brown casserole from the oven and leave for 15 minutes to cool slightly. Slice in portions and serve with sour cream.
